At Quobrynndrhraxau, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returns and refunds in accordance with European Union consumer protection laws and Finnish regulations.
2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki). The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.
If we have not provided you with the legally required information about the right of withdrawal before your order, the withdrawal period may be extended to 12 months from the end of the initial 14-day period. Once we provide that information, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after you receive it.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email to inquiry@quobrynndrhraxau.world). You may use the model withdrawal form available on the European Commission website, or any other clear written statement. Simply returning the goods without notifying us does not constitute a valid withdrawal. You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal.
3. Conditions for Returns
3.1 Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unopened and in its original sealed packaging
- The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product
- The product must not be damaged or tampered with
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
3.2 Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or unsealed products
- Products with broken seals or damaged packaging caused by the customer
- Products that show signs of use or tampering
4. Return Process
4.1 Initiating a Return
To initiate a return:

- Include your order number and reason for return
- We will provide return instructions and a return address
4.2 Shipping Returns
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

5. Refund Process
5.1 Refund Timeline
We will reimburse you without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the goods back or you supply evidence of having sent them back (whichever is the earliest), as required by EU and Finnish consumer law. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of dispatch. Once we approve your refund, we will process it using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
5.2 Refund Amount
Refunds include:
- The full purchase price of the returned product(s)
- Original shipping costs (standard shipping only) if the entire order is returned
We may deduct from the refund an amount for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
5.3 Processing Time
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund to your account. This typically takes 5-10 business days after we process the refund.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- Keep the original packaging for inspection if required
We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, for verified damaged or defective products.
7. Wrong Item Received
If you receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping costs and send the correct item or provide a full refund.
8. Cancellations

9. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
